Finely chop the green chili pepper.

Cut the white kimchi into bite-sized pieces.

Stir-fry the white kimchi in a pot. When it's cooked, add sesame oil, ground pepper, and minced garlic and stir-fry.

Add 200g of water and bring to a boil.
