Peel and dice the kabocha squash. Also dice the onion.

Blanch the broccoli in hot water, then finely chop.

Dissolve the glutinous rice flour in 100g of water.

Boil the kabocha squash and onion in 300g of water.

When the squash and onion are cooked, blend until smooth, bring back to a boil, and add the glutinous rice flour water to thicken.
