Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the onion, carrot, and green onion lengthwise. Mince the cheongyang chili. Wash the enoki mushrooms.

Separate the egg yolk and white, make egg crepes, and julienne.

Soak the glass noodles in cold water for about 2 hours.

Add anchovies to 300g of water to make broth. Then add dried pollack strips and simmer again for a richer broth.

Add potato, carrot, onion, and glass noodles to the broth in order and boil. Turn off the heat and add enoki mushrooms to cook in residual heat.
