📝 Step-by-Step Instructions
Clean the shrimp, clams, and mussels.
Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the onion. Remove seeds and dice the tomato.
Blanch the ramen noodles in boiling water and drain.
Grease a pot with 10g of cooking oil, lightly stir-fry the shrimp, clams, and mussels, and set aside.
In the same pot, add tomato, milk, and heavy cream. Add bay leaf and clove and boil.
When boiling, add the blanched ramen noodles, king oyster mushrooms, mussels, shrimp, clams, and onion. When fully cooked, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley powder to finish.
