Prepare all ingredients. Beef Brisket Slices, Perilla Leaves (Kkaennip), Oyster Mushroom should be washed and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add water or broth as the base. Add the aromatics such as Green Onion (Scallion) and Garlic.
